| Since I know what we are doing with the game I will update the checklist: Map ----- Roads [80%] * They need to be textured, and there needs to be some small farm roads. Fields [95%] * They really just need some grass in them Scenery[20%] * I just need to put the houses and stuff all over the map Car ----- Model [0%] Controls[0%] Problem: Car acting weird Atmosphere --------------- Skybox [0%] *Alex can makes us a nice one Supercell Script [20%] Supercell Model [DONE] * I still have a bit left to do Tornado [90%] *It just needs to twist the other way Lightning [DONE] * The strikes work okay now, so the boxes don't block the road I will make them go 25 units above the road General Gameplay ---------------------- Reconstruction of Events [10%] *I have them written down, Marc needs to program them Camera [5%] *I've found the script, just need to use it in the game Video Camera [0%] AI [0%] General Gameplay [20%] Total: 36%

| Plan of Action: I Will: Edit the texture so that the fields look better [DONE] Import the scenery into the map [DONE`ish] (need to place them everywhere) Make the towering cumulus clouds, and the wall cloud for the supercell model [DONE] Attempt to get the camera to work in-game Fiddle around with the lightning to make it work better [DONE] (it was my graphics card which was playing up, it looks good in the new map) Fiddle around with the tornado to make it turn the correct way (I'll do this now)
Alex Can: Find or create better textures for the scenery Find or create a better skybox
Marc Can: Get a good car model working in-game Finish the supercell script Reconstruct the events Create a video camera script Help me fix the tornado script
How does all of this sound?

| Okay I made the towering cumulus and the wall cloud. I also edited the field texture. I "only" have 4 things left to do.
I also need to sort of the scale of the game, people on the 3dgs forum suggested making different zones, I will try that. | |

| Is there going to be like seasons if not heres what i would do Spring:Rain,tornadoes,wind,Thunderstorms Winter:Blizzards,wind,rain Summer:Hurricanes,Tornadoes,Wind,raid,thunderstorms Fall:Wind,rain,thunderstorms, and some hurricanes But you would have to make the seasons go fast cause no one would like to be in the same season for long this would probably take some time to edit to i guessing but i think it would be a good idea | |

| What we are planning to do is recreate tornadic events which happened in real life, right now we are working on the April 19th 2000 Kansas tornado. I'm trying to make the map but right now its not going as planned I need one of these: | |

| It is random, some tornado's move really fast, some at a snails pace, just like real life If they are moving too fast for you, just restart the game, if the problem keeps happening I might be able to release another version of the BETA, but I am working on the main project, which has an absolutely massive map, so it is probably just better to wait for that one, but if you really can't wait just tell me and I will upload the next BETA. | |
